Delete your The Poker Brothers account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

1. Open The Poker Brothers and tap your profile icon to open Account.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Using guest mode? Tap Delete guest data instead — no password is needed.

Option 2 — By email (no app needed)

Email support@thepokerbrothers.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We’ll confirm the request came from you, delete the account within 30 days, and reply once it’s done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (email address and login)
• Your username
• All training data: lesson and exam progress, drill results, streaks, skill points, rank and Leak Finder results
• Your community posts
• Your list of blocked users and reported posts

What we keep

• Reports you filed about other users’ posts, for up to 12 months, so moderators can act on abuse. They contain your user ID but no other account details.
• Information we’re required to keep by law, such as records of a legal claim.
• Residual copies in our providers’ logs or backups, for up to 30 days.

Purchase records held by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies.
